Danny Myrick

Danny Myrick

With a full album under his belt before he reached his 8th birthday, Danny Myrick grew up surrounded by music. Now he has written and recorded for some of country’s top hit makers.

Beginning his career as the lead singer for Western Flyer, Danny transition to backing vocalist for Montgomery Gentry, Keith Anderson, Blake Shelton and more. From there Danny began to shift his full attention to songwriting and producing for many established artists.

Penning 2009’s most played country song, “She’s Country” by Jason Aldean, Danny’s hits are no stranger to the radio. Artists such as the JaneDear Girls, Big and Rich, Montgomery Gentry, Joe Cocker, Chris Cagle, Gloriana and The Farm have all recorded Danny’s work. And who could forget Craig Morgan’s 2007 smash “International Harvester,” a cut of Danny’s.

Danny will perform for a second year at the Wild West Songwriters Festival and is sure to continue to be a crowd favorite.
